| Introduction | This blog is about my family and life journey. I have a wonderful husband and two awesome sons. They are the light of my life. I am committed to healthy living and fitness and work daily to teach my sons healthy habits. I am a working mom, wife, teacher, Crossfitter, avid reader, and love history and politics. I have a BA in History and MA in Curriculum and Instruction. I currently work as an Instructional Coach and Online Instructor. I love technology and the freedom and convenience it allows! I am also an organization freak and I love my country. I was in the Air Force for seven years prior to teaching. |
