| Introduction | My Journey I've started this blog to chart my path as I make the transition to becoming a professional pilot. For the past year I've been a laid off professional from the Construction Industry, after a change in marital status, I decided to follow my true love of aviation. Without the concern of taking care of my wife, I’m diving in to the scary, unknown world of being a professional pilot. Some quick stats about me.. Graduate from: Iowa State University… Go Clones .. with a BS in History University of Phoenix… with a MBA Naval Air Reserves 21 yr veteran of the U.S. Navy.. Currently flying as a Crew Chief with the World Famous VR-57 Conquistadors (on a 737-700) I hope to capture all the highs,lows, successes, setbacks and failures as I transition from a student pilot with 53hrs, to making a living as a pilot. |
