| Introduction | I am a teacher with a passion for baking. Baking is something that I've always enjoyed. I have fond memories of helping my mother make her weekly 5 dozen chocolate chip cookies. Growing older, and having a career that can be quite stressful at times, baking has become my ultimate relaxation tool (don't worry friends, cleaning is still a close second!). My husband greatly approves of my new obsession. I am always looking for new recipes and techniques to try. I strive to make prettier and prettier cookies with each batch and now I have a place to showcase my creations.
