| Introduction | Humbled, as a clay artist & teacher 15 years. Varied - past Art Director in Independent Film, a Landscape Designer & a designer for NYC architectural firms. Thrilled, to design tableware for award winning NYC restaurants, “Mark Forgione & Boise, a West Village Tea House. Happily, partnered with designers to create site -specific pieces for residence & commercial spaces. Humored, by appearing on ABC's 20/20 teaching a pottery lesson and a PUMA sportswear commercial “throwing a pot”. Grateful, to have taught pottery to developmentally challenged children & adults & patients at Memorial Sloan Cancer Center Hospital. Privileged, to receive a scholarship to attend internationally recognized, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. Honored, to serve on the Board of Directors for LEEP Beyond, a NFP offering therapy & education programs in Art, Music & Science for challenged children. Passionate, to protect the Environment and Endangered Species, latest works hope to raise awareness. Joy-filled teaching pottery in NYC studios, NYC Public Schools and the LBI Foundation of Arts and Sciences. Curious, about the world I’ve traveled, lived or worked in nearly 40 countries. |

| Favorite music | Music remains a tremendous inspiration for me...in all ways. I have no "favorite" music and find the range includes classical, alternative, punk, reggae, world, jazz, and music as specific & unique as 60's pop music of Berlin. |
| Favorite books | Currently reading "The Elephant Whisperer" - a wonderful read that reminds us how tuned in to the rhythm of life the animal kingdom truly is. |
