| Introduction | I am pretty much an average working mom living and eating in the midwest. I love food (probably a little bit too much!) and I love cookbooks even more. My collection overflows from every nook and cranny of my home. You are more likely to find me on the couch armed with a new cookbook and a pack of Post-it Flags than in front of the stove actually preparing a meal. In this economy and these busy times, I frequently resort to boxed or frozen meals to feed my toddler and my husband. I hope that through this blog I will be inspired to cook healthy and affordable recipes that my family will love, and you will be inspired to follow me along the journey - and hopefully cook a few meals of your own! |
