Introduction	Ed and Kelli Compean, along with their 16-year-old son Jackson, are church planters in Kenya along. Currently Ed is the pastor at Calvary International Fellowship in the urban slum community of Githurai on the northern edge of Nairobi. Kelli is a nurse and besides discipleship of the pastor’s wives she teaches health classes for slum and rural dwellers. People from most of the 42 tribes of Kenya make up the nearly 500,000 people living in Githurai and the surrounding areas. God has used CIF to send out Pastor Stephen Otieno to plant Calvary Chapel Lakeside in Kisumu, Kenya and Lord willing will be used to plant other daughter churches in Kimbo and Tharaka in the next two years.
