About me

LocationSoutheastern Kentucky, United States
IntroductionDepending on my mood, or the craft I may have created, my readers are likely to see a variety of curiosities among my blog posts. Some days I will share crafts I created that are reminiscent of the Victorian era, but other days I may discuss a forgotten craft from the Appalachian heritage. I may also show you finds from a recent, or prior, estate sale auction or yard sale. I lovingly refer to these excursions as "cat turd hunting." I'd like to thank my boyfriend's mother for the endearing term. :) I like to read. My pets bring me much joy. I like anything that's odd or old. I adore my family. I'm a proud Appalachian and do not find the term "hillbilly" offensive in the least. I am who I am and I make no apologies. I love the 80's. I have self-diagnosed ADHD. I LOVE The Dollar Tree, Ben Franklin Crafts, and the Hobby Lobby. I enjoy decorating my small apartment for every holiday, much to the dismay of my boyfriend Todd. :) Most of my crafts are simple paper projects. I am long-winded... Sorry in advance. I hope to gain readers who find me interesting, odd, or curious. Trust me, there are worse adjectives. :) Enjoy.
