| Introduction | Before COVID, I traveled most of the year in my customized van I named La Lair (USA, Canada). So much to do, so many places to visit, and the clock is running. Everywhere was my backyard. But I sold my Texas cottage in the Piney Woods of East Texas and bought a lot in the foothills of the Appalachian Mt range in southwestern Virginia. The COVID years have stalled my housebuilding project, so I'm not traveling much anymore. |
