Introduction	Dr. K.N. Anandan Born on 17th May 1949 at Tirur, Malappuram Dist. Kerala procured PGCTE, PGDTE, M. Litt, and Ph. D from CIEFL (EFLU), Hyderabad developed English Language Acquisition packages such as The Second Language Acquisition Programme in 2000 for DPEP, Kerala, Acquiring Competence In English for SSA, Kerala, RACE (Rapid Acquisition of Competnce in English) for Universal Asset, PACE (Promoting Acquisition of Competence in English) for Mathrubhumi, REAP (Rapid English Acquisition Programme) for District panchayat, palakkad developed Teacher Training Modules in English during the years 2006- 2011 for SSA, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and conducted training in English for the State Core Team
