| Introduction | James Rumpel is a retired high school math teacher. Since his retirement in the spring of 2018 he has managed to keep himself very busy. He has spent a great deal of time camping with his wonderful wife, Mary. He has also continued to run half-marathons and logged over one thousand miles last year. What he has enjoyed the most, however, is rekindling his love for science fiction and the written word. In the last year he has composed over seventy stories, most of which are not all that good, but he doesn't care. He enjoys the challenge of putting his thoughts into words. |
