| Introduction | This blog is a recollection of an idyllic yet fascinating life of a 'hamsare mosafer' - a travelling wife far away from home. I wish to share my experiences and adventures, and provide some insight into the rich and unique culture, tradition, geography and people among whom we currently and previously have lived. I hope it would serve as a wonderful potpourri of reminiscences about aspects of life of a trailing spouse in foreign lands. And hopefully too, it will strike a chord with my sisters in postings overseas so that they will recognize at least some of their own experience in mine. |
