IntroductionThis blog is dedicated to my amazing & delightful children & written for the sake of & safety of all children.I look forward to the day when it is safe to share more information about us,at the moment it would not be safe for either my children or me & that is why I started this blog - to share information & challenge, invite & encourage those that have the responsiblity for children & women's safety to ensure that - not just talk about it! But a little bit about me- I am an Australian woman in my forties, I came to live in Canada temporarily believing I was entering a loving & respectful marriage,my reality was quiet different ,it was an abusive relationship on every level. I didn't realise Canada was a country that rewarded male violence against immigrant women & their children. I wish my children & I were safely home in Australia. What I hope is that by making more public the many private abuses children & women experience those who could protect the vulnerable will have the moral fortitude to do so. Until that happens please be aware that I could be any woman, this could be happening to someone you know, a family member, a friend,a neighbour, someone you work with!
InterestsI love being outdoors ... bushwalking, camping at the beach, under the gumtrees. I am interested in travel, reading, participatory democracy, solar ovens ... new, exciting and challenging activities are all of interest to me.
