Introduction	I grew up in Bakersfield, California, went into the Air Force. I met my husband in Fairbanks Alaska. I went to college and received my B.B.S. in physical education and received my Masters in Sport and Wellness. I have two beautiful daughters. I have an African Gray Parrot, and a little Beagle named Sammie.
Interests	I love to do anything. I love fitness, I enjoy fishing, photography, crafts, playing quitar hero, rock band, fitness, I love to sew, I love reality shows, planting flowers, etc. i am game for just about anything.
Favorite movies	My favorite movie is Meet Joe Black. I love the Replacements, I love Little Big League, Eddie, How to lose a guy in 10 days, the list goes on.
Favorite music	I love the 80's, R & B, Classic Rock, and can you believe it I am liking Techno, thanks to my oldest
Favorite books	Books, what are those. I just study my Nutrition and Personal Training books.
