| Introduction | Jen discovered that her beloved cockatoo developed inflammatory skin disease. At the same time, she read a number of articles on Science Daily illuminating the many dangers of everyday household toxins--toxins found in everything from furniture polish to fabric softener--that lead to, yes, inflammatory skin disease (as well as adult-onset asthma, excessive allergies, etc.). Consequently, she decided to "go green." This blog is a log of her experiences with various green products and home-remedies. |
