| Introduction | This blog is about my journey dealing with FAI and labral tears in my hips. I was your typical girl from the mid-west, had just gotten married and graduated college when I started running to get into shape. I started having a lot of hip pain while running and riding my horse when I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Femoralacetabular Impingement and later a labral tear in my right hip. Since then my life has changed dramatically, in often challenging ways, but I hope that this is the end. |
