About me

Introduction	Sayantan is a trained virologist with over 13 years of experience in working with viruses of various different families including coronaviruses. During is PhD at Northwestern University he studied how viruses enter and infect cells in Prof. Robert Lamb's lab. At Harvard Medical School, in Prof. Sean Whelan's lab he worked with a genomes of variety of viruses including coronaviruses to study entry of these viruses and develop vaccine candidates for a number of viruses. Currently he is working in a company designing life-long resistance-proof antivirals against RNA viruses.
