Introduction	The world looks pretty scary these days. I'm constantly turning, turning, to the understanding in my Jewish Chasidic tradition of "gam zu l'tovah- this too is for the good", and in my adopted Chinese Qigong tradition of "Haola- All is well, So be it." And I find this philosophy rings more true for me, if I take some action! I'm blessed to share this philosophy and my life with my beloved partner Joe.
Interests	Protecting Wilderness, Countering Climate Disruption, Chanting Torah, Practicing/Teaching Qigong, Hiking, Playing My Native American Flute, Reading New York Times, Drinking good strong coffee (in moderation, naturally).
