| Introduction | "J.T." started his real estate career in 1972. He was Designated Broker for Realty Executives Southern Arizona for 7 years and Executive Vice President in charge of Risk Management. During his 39 year career he was Broker/Owner of Red Carpet Tsighis and Associates and managed offices for Prudential Arizona, Coldwell Banker Success, and First Team Real Estate in Orange County California. He has written numerous real estate articles, trained thousands of agents and is now pursuing the development of an online resource for real estate professionals at www.myrealtydigest.com. J.T. Tsighis was honored as Tucson's first REALTOR® of the Decade and is a past recipient of both Tucson and Arizona's REALTOR® of the Year. He has served as President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and continues to be active in local, state and national associations. Currently, he serves as state representative to NAR's Risk Management Committee. He was on the 9 member Steering Group that revised the Arizona Assocation of REALTORS® new Purchase Contract and more recently assisted in the development of AAR's Short Sale Agenda for the Purchase Contract and Listing Agreement. |
