| Introduction | Welcome to the Spork and Spam, my kitchen cafe of sorts. I’m a stay at home mother of two, ages 7 1/2 and 4 trying to avoid short order cook status. I cook dinner most nights and spend lots of time looking for recipes and menu ideas for dinner, entertaining, and special family occasions.
