| Introduction | The Statewide YAB was created to give the “aging out” population a voice in foster care decision-making while simultaneously providing skill-building opportunities. By providing a safe environment and empowering these young adults to become leaders, YAB promotes youth and adult partnerships, has influenced change in youth programs and services, effected policy and administrative planning for youth, including homeless youth. |
