Introduction	I’m a member of the SCBWI, and the author of www.thewritingnut.com. I founded the Torrance Children’s Book Writing Group, which currently has 60 members. I am also training in the Filipino Martial Art of Escrima or Stick-fighting, which has helped a lot in terms of writing the fight scenes in my novel.
