Introduction	Ever wonder what a person that is counted as morbid obese has to go through to lose weight. Well, I am here to tell my story in my "Adventures in Weight loss". I have created this blog mainly as a way to express my feelings. This blog will kind of be like my diary, only I am allowing all of you to read and join me on this adventure. I have tried for YEARS to lose weight, only to fail at most fad diets. Well, after years of hearing a doctor tell me to lose weight, hearing that I am pre-diabetic, I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, and on the path of having many other health issues that involve a fatty liver, I AM DONE!!! Now join me on this adventure and share my anxiety, frustration, joy, pain, excitement, and what ever other words you can use to describe this adventure, and walk along with me in my shoes.
