| Introduction | I am a wife I am a mother I am a friend I have been married 7 wonderful years. In those 7 years my husband and I have completed our Bachelors Degrees that were in progress before marriage, took full time jobs, had a baby, moved to a new city and state, I started my position as homemaker, bought a house, received promotions and raises, had another baby, and so the world continues. I am a mom to a wonderful son who is 4 years old and a wonderful daughter who is 3 years old. My kids definitely keep me on my toes. My son is a climber and a jumper. My daughter follows her brothers shadows trying to do what he does. I am trying to be a better friend. However making friends is hard to do. When we left our previous home we had our college friends but over time most of us have drifted away so even if we had stayed it wouldn't have been the same. I have joined a local MOPs group where I am able to network with other moms who have kids my kids age and moms who have been where I am in my child rearing.
