| Introduction | I am a missionary with the Evangelical Covenant Church to the Democratic Republic of Congo. I will be serving in Community Development alongside the Congolese church. I hope to promote sustainable technologies, improved agricultural practices and income generation for women in my new home. I have also been pursuing research with my friends and colleagues for a recent NGO start-up called Jitokeze which will target issues of food insecurity in Kenya by empowering women to increase their access to markets, land and resources. I love this work. This site will be a place for sharing my adventures, experiences, learnings and to engage in dialogue. Together we can better understand the world we live in and find our place in advocating for sustainable futures and hope for our global community. Karibu. Welcome. |
