| Introduction | Since I was 6 and finished the first illustration I can remember: a portrait of Skeletor from He-Man, I have considered myself an artist. I taught kids in my class how to draw Calvin from Calvin & Hobbes for Little Debbie Nutty Buddy bars during indoor recess. Sadly, that was more than I am presently earning from my art skills. This blog is a way to pressure myself into amassing a large enough body of work to figure out where I'm going with my artwork. To any artists like me out there who are also having trouble making time to bring the wonderful ideas in your heads out into the world to be shared (and hopefully paid for) feel free to use the guidelines of the PaintMore Initiative as a starting point to get motivated and committed to yourself. I'd love the company on this journey and we can help each other out! |
