| Introduction | I am a proud mommy and Wife. My husband Jeff and I have been together for almost 13 years and married 9yrs, he sticks by me through think and thin! I am a mommy of 3 kids. Rylee Renee is my oldest..she is 7 years old now. I placed her in an open adoption plan, and I'm blessed with the relationship I have with her and her family, I couldn't have asked for anything better. My husband Jeff and I have 2 of our own. Jayson Lee is 7 and he's a happy boy who loves going to school and collecting all sorts of little odds and ends. Our youngest is Kaylee Beverly Jean is 5...and she is my little angel.. my princess, my everything. My passion and abition in life is fitness, health and nutrition. The more I learn the more I know, and the more I can teach the people I love. |
| Interests | Living a healthy lifestyle is and has been on the top of my list. I'm Proud to say that I've been living my new lifestyle now for almost two years. Exersizing and eating healthy is part of my everyday life and i'm trying hard to make it part of my children's life too. I'm a big cardio nut, I love to get my heart pumping & the sweat drippin. I also just begun practicing Yoga and it's been one of the most healing experiences ever. I love the mind body connection! Reading is a favorite past time of my too. |
