When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No. I am carefully calculating how much sleep I got the night before, when I need to be in to work, how long it will take me to get there at that time of day, and how many more snoozes I am afforded from that point on. After settling in, I start thinking about when I will be able to take my afternoon nap, and how long it will be.
