Introduction	This year marks my 10th year of teaching! I am currently teaching 1st grade, and this is my very first time in a primary grade. I taught 4th grade for 7 years, after spending two years in the "middle of the middle"...7th grade. I currently teach aboard a military base overseas which is very rewarding, but at times challenging due to the daily struggles our families face. I hope that my experience as a military spouse and mom to 2 military kids helps me to be the best teacher I can be! I have a wonderful husband and two terrific children who support me even on my craziest, most frazzled days.
Interests	Reading, traveling around our beautiful island, and I want to love running...have run in two 5ks so far, and hope to keep going

Favorite music	I like just about anything...except country.
