Introduction | I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Marylebone, London. I am also the editor of www.LabourList.org I broadcast and write regularly about therapy, psychology, well-being and politics, and have a monthly column in the magazine Psychologies. I was the resident psychotherapist on ITV1’s Kyle’s Academy, and was the 2007/2008 MIND Journalist of the Year with my colleague Dr. Cecilia D'Felice. I run the website diy-therapy.com and advise various charities on campaigning and PR. I was the author of "Blair’s 100 Days" published by Faber and Faber (1997), and wrote the chapter on mental health in the 2006 book The Future of the NHS (XPL publishing). I am married to Kate Garraway, the GMTV presenter and we have a daughter, Darcey. My new book Life Support: A Survival Guide for the Modern Soul will be published on April 2nd 2009 by Hay House. |
