Introduction	Our aim is to introduce to both our new and regular customers a variety of genuine Cypriot dishes with refreshing changes in keeping with the seasons. Fresh meats, local vegetables and the plentiful herbs and spices which abound in Cyprus are the natural ingredients which form part of our succulent dishes. There is no standard menu as such only the day's new short list of freshly cooked dishes detailed on the boards.
