Introduction	I have cancer, but thru the support and expertise of my doctors; the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and hometown, I’ve outlived every medical projection. I hope for reason, so I said to the Lord, “Here I am. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8) and use my time in service as an ambassador for the L&LS and state Honored Hero. The Lincoln Journal featured me, my brother and nephew in the State Game's Adventure Race (a 20+ mile pentathlon with rugged trail races; cycling, a canoe event and 4 "muscle-man" trials) We came in last - but finished! I spoke in the Capitol w/Governor Heineman to usher in a cancer-related proclamation; organized top fundraising groups; spoke at a variety of campaign functions and shot many news reports. I did a PSA for the L&LS system. I decided to make the most of losing my hair and raised almost $2,000 for Locks of Love and L&LS by arranging for Congressman Tom Osborne, my family and oncologist to give me a haircut on tv. I participated w/ 12 contestants in an internet reality show (www.topaffiliatechallenge.com) and through that experience enrolled in Ken MacArthur’s Impact Action Team (http://speakupsavelives.org ) At present, I try to dream big, work hard and believe.
Interests	I live to please my wife who has sacrificed so much for such a long time, I long to see my four beautiful daughters grow up, I love the Lord with a discipline in suffrage most could never imagine
