Introduction	I am an author, writer, adjunct professor, mother, grandmother, and wife. I have written the book "Remnants of a Shattered Past: A Journey of Discovery and Hope." I enjoy writing and am a very diverse writer. I recently attended the Erma Bombeck Humor Writing Conference. I volunteer at the Chippewa County Animal Shelter. I prepare bios and take pictures for petfinder for the cats. I also attend Creative Endeavors' meeting for artists and writers. I serve as the president of the Lake Superior Elders and serve on the board for Friends of a Caring Animal Shelter. I have served as a member of the Child Welfare Committee for the tribe of which I am a member. I enjoy the outdoors with my husband, we love camping, hiking, and riding our four wheeler.
