Introduction | I grew up in Houma Louisiana, down in Cajun Country. I went to the Air Force Academy but graduated from Texas State. Over the years I've worked for NASA, helped design the Space Station, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, the Army's Future Combat Systems, and designed dozens of robots of all kinds, from self-driving cars to miniature ones. My family all like to travel. I've been a pilot for 30 years, and I hold Commercial, MultiEngine Instrument and Glider Ratings. I've been writing for magazines and publishing pictures and artwork since 1984, first as an aviation writer and now for GizMag and Robot Magazine. |
