Introduction	I am Mama to 6, but Trauma Mama to 3. I have walked the winding road of special needs for the past two years and in most of my encounters have found that common sense is no longer common, and children with special needs are just another number to the government. Trauma Mamas (and Daddies) have to fight to advocate for their children and it's time that we fight for services for our children together, learning from those who have conquered or failed before us - A Trauma Team.
