| Favorite music | When I like my music heavy, its Metallica, Maiden, Megadeth, Lamb of God, COB, Disturbd, Dimmu Borgir, Slayer, Slipknot, Pantera, Lacuna Coil, Testament, Dio, Black Sabbath... Classical, none beats Johann Sebastian Bach (Violin Concerts, Beethoven, Wagner, Mozart etc. The other bands that appeal to me are Dire Straits, Coldplay, Creed, Poets of the Fall, Sting, Creed, Evanescence, Eagles, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Doors, The Killers, The Verve etc. |
| Favorite books | Anything by Umberto Eco, Salman Rushdie, Carl Segan, Brian Greene, Robert D Barrow, Roger Penrose, Stephen Hawking would do just fine. I swear by The Feynman Lectures. Also I like Tharoor, Roger Ebert, Tolkein, Grisham, Mario Puzo and the likes. I do have a soft corner for poetry. And could do anyday with Shakespeare's sonnets, Dante, Keats, Coleridge, Blake, Meer, Ghalib and Tagore alike... |
