Introduction	I am a lawyer qualified in India with 10 years of experience in property, real estate and family law. For the last four years I have been also exclusively managing large offshore teams in the legal arena of qualified lawyers who perform the bulk of work including research, drafting and transactional projects. We have honed our skills on drafting multiple formats for State and Federal courts in the US. I am directly involved with micro level production at all levels. My goal is to distinguish Mindsprings in the field of legal services. I want to explore wider realms of law and its uses as a unifying concept across the globe where I can contribute and learn about changing trends. I have vast experience in handling legal offshore teams, sales and marketing.
