| Introduction | I'm a longtime magazine editor and writer--most recently, senior editor for culture at San Francisco magazine--who consults on and edits books and book proposals (fiction and nonfiction). Over all my years in the Bay Area arts scene--attending events, writing and assigning reviews, essays, and interviews--I've become pretty knowledgeable about most arts and know tons of people who work in them, both onstage and behind the scenes. I also lead a book group at my local book store, Book Passage in Corte Madera (Marin County) and teach there occasionally. My website has more info on all that. |
