What reason do you have to believe the earth is flat?
I just looked outside and the horizon is flat. Like any good linguist, I know that one data point is sufficient for confirmation. Ergo, empirical evidence strongly supports the Pancake Model and proponents of the Flatbread Model are deeply misguided.
