| Favorite movies | My all time favorite movie is Steel Magnolias. It still makes me cry and I named my daughter after the character played by Julia Roberts. Other favorites-in no particular order- include Bridget Jones' Diary, Out of Africa, Sleepless in Seattle, While You Were Sleeping,Notting Hill, and Pride and Prejudice. |
| Favorite music | I grew up in the 70s and 80s so I appreciate what is now referred to as "classic rock." My favorite bands are the Eagles, Journey, Stix,and Boston. |
