| Introduction | is a consultant and speaker for Patient Engagement in the redesign of our present healthcare system. She champions patients being in the room to consult, question and offer a different perspective: from the exam room to the board room. She has worked with many different stakeholder groups as a consultant and faculty. She attends conferences and other gatherings to discuss what "patient centered" really looks like and advocates strongly if it is called patient centered, there better be an actual patient in the room.
