Introduction	I am a New York City advertising salesman who's tools of the trade (be it entertaining clients, or women) were steak houses, sushi bars, and late nights at NYC's best bars. On November 1, 2009 I accepted a challenge to go 100% vegan for 6 months (plus give up all alcohol). My goal was to lose 75 lbs. On May 1st I had lost 60 lbs, my cholesterol dropped over a 100 points, and I had a totally new look on life. I have since reintroduced my old lifestyle to see if it is compatible with the new one. In a word, it's NOT. I am continuing this blog until I reach my goal! UPDATE - or until I feel I have exhausted my ability to entertain and inform on a daily basis...Good Night.
