He is Alton Jave Tenorio, known as "Jayvee" over Magic 95.1 MHz in the City of Gentle people. One Big Turn traces its roots to a real-life hobby. "OBT" refers to driving around the city; often associated as a pastime of the youth. It has inspired the author of this blog to write based on everyday experience.
