Introduction	I love food. I love thinking about it, writing about it, cooking it and especially eating it. My undergraduate degree is in nutrition, and I am currently working on a masters in nutrition. My studies have been focused on Ayurvedic medicine, western herbal medicine and cooking. Surrounding me are people with the same passion. My friends are excellent cooks, my sister is a pastry chef and my husband owns an Italian restaurant. I have so much to say about FOOD!
