| Introduction | ART FOR MISSIONS Please browse through the online gallery shop which has many different pictures and products available. Commission is raised from each item sold and goes towards supporting missions. The artist - Peter, is a long term missionary in Brazil with YWAM . He and his wife, Josi run a YWAM base in the North East of Brasil. And have a wonderful daughter called Dorothy. Peter has been interested in Art from an early age and has many different techniques and styles. Exhibiting at the Summer Exhibition at London's Royal Academy 1984. Peter has had a very interesting journey with art since those days. Mostly self taught in his 20s and 30s studying the artwork of John Constable, Albrecht Durer, Vincent Van Gogh, Rien Poortvliet,Sir Edwin Landseer. If you browse through the pictures you may even recognize a few traces of the style of the artists. Along with this, is an interest in collecting antique pictures, which can also be found at the Gallery shop. |
