Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Well if we're comparing it to the saying about women needing men like fish need a bicycle ... well sure some fish might like a bicycle. That fish just needs to ask itself if that bicycle is going to be worth all of the trouble its causing.
