| Introduction | Living in Europe has been enlightening. There's so much to do and see and experience, and even more so if you're just willing to step out of your comfort zone. I've always had the "carpe diem" attitude about life, so I'm really soaking it all in. Not all is rosy, there's many challenges with this life I'm living, especially as a military spouse, a new military spouse. I've had just as many dark days as light ones and I've had to learn how to cope with many challenges. I wouldn't trade it for a minute. |

| Favorite movies | Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club (grew up in the 80's)Nightmare before Christmas, anything with John Cusack in it, Legend, Born on the 4th of July, Pulp Fiction. There's more, but can't think of them at the moment. |
| Favorite music | Alternative rock, Blues, Southern rock, classic rock, some pop (which I've grown to appreciate since living here). American pop music is very popular here in Germany, but I really miss the variety of radio stations. |
