Introduction	I have always been interested in natural healing and how folks were so self-sufficient in the old days. Started with my granny talking about how they used old remedies when she was young. She would have been 100 this year. She and gramps build their own log cabin in the cold north and she was always able to build things, cabinets etc. She knew how to can, crochet, sew, and so many other things. Now I also appreciate Ron Paul and the wake up call he instituted to all liberty lovers and James Wesley, Rawles for opening my eyes to the coming economic crisis. I have always had this feeling that times were going get really tough again, and we would be back to going it on our own someday. This has led to my trying to attain new skills and gather knowledge that will be useful when the time comes.
