Interests I love baking, making birthday cakes, experimenting with new recipes, cooking for Christmas and celebrations, horse-riding, working with horses, particularly training youngsters, generally being outdoors, being dafty with my kids, hearing a good joke, reading, laughing, eating, drinking, feeding friends, loved ones and often complete strangers, and spending long evenings around a rowdy table in good company
