Introduction	A lot of ego went into the veterinary thing. (That's Dr. Steinmann, but my kids don't care.) Got to see a lot - Africa, Asia, Alaska - before meeting my husband as a Peace Corps volunteer in Haiti and falling in love. Five countries, three continents, two hemispheres and five kids later - I'm a stay at home Mom trying to remember who the hell it is she was.
Interests	Writing, horse-back riding, yoga, pilates, aerobics, occasional running, foreign languages, self-help books and anything that helps me with the kids. Saving the world.
Favorite Movies	The Princess Bride, Willow, most recently Star Dust..also love Star Wars AND Star Trek. (Is that allowed?)
Favorite Music	Alternative rock.
Favorite Books	Jane Austen. But will read (and find value in) just about everything.
