Introduction	Often we hear Christians say: "Love yourself! God made you perfectly!" Well, they are right, he did make us initially perfect; even flawed he loves us. But, when I think back to Adam and Eve, they had no access to McDonalds' delightfully greasy burgers and fries, and they didn't have cars that get us where we need to be faster than we actually need to be anywhere. My goal is to get back the body God really intended for me. And to strive for spiritual fitness as well.
